    1. Genetica si reproductia bovinelor Aberdeen Angus –  baza a lantului de productie a carnii de calitate superioara;
    2. Productia de vitei si repartizarea acestora spre fermele destinate ingrasarii;
    3. Ingrasarea se poate realiza atat in ferma proprie cat si in ferme specializate;
    4. Utilarea fermelor de ingrasare cu dotari tehnice;
    5. Identificarea retetei de furajare adaptate la categoria bovinelor;
    6. Selectia bovinelor in vederea obtinerii de calitate premium.
