AGRARIA 2020: The 26th edition of the exhibition is to be rescheduled for a future date
According to the decision of the Romanian Government (March 8, 2020, 12:00 pm), which prohibits public events with more than 1,000 participants, the organizer DLG InterMarketing announces the rescheduling of the exhibition AGRARIA, 2020 edition, for a date that will be communicated in the near future.
Access procedure for visiting the exhibition
The access inside the exhibition is possible as follows:
1) FREE ACCESS ticket obtained through ONLINE REGISTRATION on this website
2) Invitation from partner companies, exhibitors or organizers. The invitation guarantees the right of free access if you register with your personal data when entering the exhibition. The invitation is valid for 1 person, 1 single entrance to the exhibition.
3) Entrance ticket purchased at the ticket booth: 10 lei / person / day
Access for minor visitors
Minors under 7 years old have free access to the exhibition. At the request of the persons responsible for access to the exhibition, security and monitoring, as well as of the representatives of the Organizer, the attendant is obliged to present documents (student card, passport or any other document containing the minor’s picture) attesting the age of the minor.
The access of minors between 7 and 18 years is free if the student book is presented, it will be based on the registration at the entrance and only in the company of a parent / guardian. A parent / guardian may accompany a single minor under the age of 14. The access of the groups of students is made based on the transmission by the teacher who will accompany the group of a request, at least 7 days before the opening of the event, to the e-mail address c.partal@dlg.org.
It is necessary for an adult to assume responsibility for a minor and has the obligation to complete and sign the Parental Agreement, without which the child will not be allowed to enter the exhibition area, regardless of whether or not he or she is accompanying. The responsible person will provide in the commitment statement contact details to which he can be contacted in emergency cases. Adults accompanying minors are solely responsible for them. The organizer is not responsible for any unpleasant incidents.
